This page explains how to request deletion of your KEEL Works account and the personal information associated with it. It applies to the KEEL Works mobile application and our website at keel-works.com, operated by Prow Equity LLC, operating as KEEL Works ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. How to Request Account Deletion.

To request deletion of your KEEL Works account and associated personal data, email us at jnorthrop@prowequity.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Delete my account." Please include your full name and the email address or phone number on your account so we can verify your identity.

You do not need the app installed to make this request. We will acknowledge your request and complete deletion of eligible data within thirty (30) days after we verify your identity.

2. What Data Is Deleted.

Once your request is verified, we delete the personal information associated with your account, including: your name, email address, phone number, and password; your profile and role information; vessel details you provided; service requests, messages, and photographs you submitted; and location data collected during service check-ins.

3. What Data We May Retain.

We may retain certain information after your account is deleted where reasonably necessary to:

Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, including transaction and payment records;

Resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements; and

Retain KEEL Record vessel-service documentation for the period described in our Privacy Policy.

We may also retain aggregated, de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. Any retained information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deleting Specific Data Without Closing Your Account.

If you want to delete specific data — such as a photograph or a vessel record — without deleting your entire account, you can remove it within the app, or email us at the address below and we will help you.
